Gmarket Haul #3

 So here is my 3rd spree from gmarket! The boxes seemed to get bigger and bigger each time! The postman was even asking me what exactly were in the boxes that made it so heavy haha!

Items were pretty much filled to the brim of the box.

DPD postal delivery is excellent! No doubt not as fast as EMS but good service! 

So here are the items that I spreed for! Bought some items to give to friends and a couple for my brother and the rest for myself wahaha!

 

 

 

Gmarket Haul #2

To make shipping worth while, the order this time round was a large one! The package delivered was humongous which was also due to the fact that i ordered a substantial number of large items! It was also delivered in time for chinese new year so YIPPIE!

For starters, who can resist those cute stationary items! 

Have been eyeing on the checkered shirts for quite some time and got 2 in the end! 

Lovely wall decals to decorate the rooms...

To end off, here are my favourite buys of the spree:

I am usually not comfortable buying shoes online as the sizing tend to be wrong

But this time round i decided to try my luck and was simply amazed that they fitted so well!

Especially love the blue velvet heels that were not only comfortable but the height of the heel was perfect!

I couldnt be more satisfied! :)

I bought 10 pairs of earrings as there was a sale & were going for 1000 won per pair!

Couldnt resist those cute stud!

They turned out to be absolutely gorgeous!

Not all of them were well manufactured but most had superb quality!

Whats more, the seller was real nice and gave a couple of free gifts! *Double YAY*

Gmarket Haul #1

Decided to try purchasing from the Korean Gmarket Store for the first time! Have been hesitating for quite some time but finally got down to it! i was extremely impressed with its service and efficiency. Decided to try out DPD postage service since it was the cheaper option compared to EMS.

I dont know korean so i had a tough time initially navigating through the site! But Google Chrome's translate was excellent and eased my pain quite a bit. Bought a couple of things to give as christmas presents. Didnt manage to take photos of those items that i gave as presents as i was in a mad rush to wrap them up, as christmas was just few days away. However i will still give my comments on the products nonetheless!

Item 1: T-shirts (x2)

Material wasnt excellent but the design was cute. Cutting was average.

Item 2: Cufflinks (x2 set)
Box was dented and couldnt close nicely, had to knock the clasp back in place in order to give it as a present set. Though there was still a slight visible gap :( The actual cufflinks were not bad quality so that compensated for the lousy box

Item 3: Navy Blazer

My favourite of the lot! Material was superb and the fit was awesome. Have been wearing it constantly ever since i received it. The best part was it could be worn both as a formal or casual blazer! LOVE IT!

Item 4: Grey Woolen Coat

This coat came at a steal! For just 19,900 won, the material was thick and comfortable. The fit wasnt perfect as i am too skinny and the coat didnt give me a shapely figure. haha but what the heck the main idea is to keep myself warm and it totally serves the purpose! :)

Item 5: Shoulder Bag

Had a similar design bag that i got from a spree and really loved it so bought the same design again since my old one was about to fall apart. Th bag is perfect for school! About to keep all my junk and fits A4 paper! :) Although the material and handle was not as sturdy my old bag but no complains as it cost less than half the price! So i guess heres the trade off! 

Overall ratings of customer service

Packaging: ♥♥♥♥♥

Packaging was top-notch with each item individually wrapped in its own plastic covering (not exactly environmentally friendly but great customer service) with everything nicely placed in a big brown box!

Delivery: ♥♥♥♥

Took around 1.5 - 2 weeks to arrive at my doorstep. But simply love the tracking system - tells you the exact location of shipment! Made me feel at ease as to where my package is currently at.

Shipping: ♥♥

The downside of the shopping experience was the shipping fees. For just these 7 items, i had to pay shipping fees totaling to around SGD30. I realized that the more you buy, the cheaper it is. Really sneaky way to entice customers to buy more haha! 

But overall i had a wonderful shopping experience! WIll definitely buy more in the near future! =D
